主要研究方向
围绕基因组分子进化、单细胞转录组、单细胞表观组和空间转录组学在肥胖等代谢综合征以及纤维化疾病的理论与应用方面展开研究,具体包括:
1)致病基因在单细胞尺度上的分子进化过程;
2)肥胖、青少年肥胖等代谢综合征的多组学研究;
3)多组织(骨髓、肝、肾)纤维化疾病的多组学研究;
4)生物学大数据多组学分析、整合工具的开发。
