主要研究方向
本课题组基于单细胞转录组、空间转录组、基因组、体外功能验证等技术,开发基于AI技术的计算生物学新方法来识别生理、病例过程中的代谢特征,解析代谢性疾病的发生与调控过程。我们侧重对研究的科学问题“量体裁衣”式的进行数据采集、数据分析以及算法开发,从“精准分析”的层面上推动精准医疗。目前课题方向包括:1)基于单细胞转录组与空间转录组数据解析肥胖的发生发展;2)运动调控肥胖的机制研究;3)单细胞多组学与空间转录组数据算法开发、构建虚拟细胞模型等。
课题组招收有科研理想的干&湿实验方向研究生、博士后,并为加入的成员提供系统的计算生物学的培训。
