个人简介

2007年本科毕业于清华大学生物科学与技术系。2012年获美国贝勒医学院转化医学与分子生物学（Translational Biology and Molecular Medicine）博士学位，2012-2013年在贝勒医学院从事博士后研究，期间从事MeCP2复制综合征的免疫缺陷机理研究。2013-2020年在同济大学医学院历任助理教授、副教授，期间主要从事关键免疫因子对血管生成及肿瘤的调控作用研究。2020年9月加入复旦大学代谢与整合生物学研究院。

主要研究方向

免疫功能及稳态与机体的代谢密切相关。免疫细胞的激活及功能改变需要代谢重塑，代谢重塑又会反过来影响免疫细胞的分化、功能及免疫系统的稳态。我们目前主要致力于以下几个方向：

1. 肺泡巨噬细胞是一种脂代谢高度活跃的组织巨噬细胞亚群，在肺部免疫稳态中具有重要的调节作用。我们主要利用特异性敲除小鼠等模型探讨脂代谢对肺泡巨噬细胞功能及肺部免疫稳态的调节机制。

2. 导致哮喘的免疫失调因素与代谢密切相关，我们致力于过敏性炎症的起始尤其是上皮细胞引发下游免疫这一关键阶段筛选关键致病性代谢基因在其中的调节机制，另外我们也致力于结合代谢组、脂质组等方法筛选调节过敏性炎症的新型代谢物并解析其机制。

3. 脂滴动态变化包括脂滴合成、脂滴分解和转运在肝脏再生中的作用机制。
