Introduction of Multidisciplinary Instrument Sharing Platform of the Institute of Metabolic & Integrative Biology

The Multidisciplinary Instrument Sharing Platform of the Institute of Metabolic & Integrative Biology mainly includes three platforms: cell biological imaging, single cell quantitative metabolomics and lipogenomics and model animal phenotypic analysis. Multidisciplinary Instrument Sharing Platform not only provides large-scale instrument and equipment sharing service support for the institute, but also provides international first-class scientific and technological support for the interdiscipline of Fudan University. At the same time, we strive to become an international leading metabolic science research service center, while training several professional platform managers and technicians.

The Management Committee of the Multidisciplinary Instrument Sharing Platform establishes various management mechanisms to form effective management, cost sharing, training and evaluation of technicians and sharing and supporting performance incentives, which provide an important guarantee for the application of metabolic and integrated biology related research projects and the undertaking of national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects.
