At the beginning of new semester, IMIB teachers and graduate students got together at meeting room A208, school of Life Sciences, for an exchanging meeting on the morning of Sep. 5, 2019. More than 40 peoples, including Prof. Shimin Zhao (Associate Dean), Prof. Tiemin Liu (Assistant Dean), Dr. Yajun Yang (Director of general office), Ms. Yan Huang (postgraduate teaching secretary), and postgraduate students of 2018 and 2019, attended the meeting.

Ms. Yan Huang hosted the meeting. Dr. Yajun Yang expressed warm welcome and congratulations to the arrival of more than 20 freshmen. He hoped that, the students should abide by the regulations of dormitory safety management, make friends cautiously and improve their awareness of self-prevention, while studying hard and focusing on scientific research. Prof. Shimin Zhao shared with the students how to do scientific research, how to cultivate scientific research thinking. Prof. Tiemin Liu introduced the origin, main research contents and future development of IMIB.
