Research Interests

Functional mechanism of important protein and protein complexes，involving in：1. Signal transduction; 2. Transport important material across membrane and within cells; 3. Metabolism of important substances in cells.Mainly use three-dimensional reconstruction technology of Cryo-electron microscopy, combining with methods including but not limited to biochemical, cell biology and biophysical analysis.
