个人简介

复旦大学消化疾病研究所所长，附属华山医院消化科主任；复旦大学免疫学系教授，生物医学研究院教授及遗传工程国重室教授；国家“杰出青年基金”获得者；百千万人才工程“国家级”人选；上海智能肿瘤药物工程研究中心主任，上海地方高等院校创新战略团队负责人，上海国际人类表型组研究院免疫表型组研究所所长，复旦大学免疫性疾病诊疗交叉科学创新研究院院长，国务院特殊政府津贴获得者，上海市优秀学科带头人，上海市领军人才。建立了基于大数据的疑难病人工智能诊断系统；创立了基于表观基因修饰的肿瘤无创诊断（液体活检）新方法；开展了基于PDX模型的肿瘤精准治疗方案选择及晚期肿瘤的综合免疫治疗，取得较佳疗效；构建了第四代针对实体瘤的分泌型CART，使实体瘤的CART免疫治疗获得突破。开展了基于人工智能的肿瘤个体化新抗原疫苗研究。在Nature 临床实践肿瘤发表的临床病例研究被推举为美国临床医师继续医学教育教材（CME）。承担多项国家级重点项目，先后发表论文160余篇，包括Cell， Nature 子刊等。为GUT国际编委，British Journal of Pharmacology编委，Nutrition & Metabolism 副主编。担任国家科技奖及国家基金项目评审专家等。

主要研究方向

1）临床研究重点关注转化医学和肿瘤精准及免疫治疗。

2）基础研究方向为免疫、代谢与肿瘤。
