个人简介

黄河,主攻基于质谱技术的代谢组学/脂质组学/蛋白组学的方法学研究,2012年获武汉大学化学专业学士学位,2017年获美国Akron大学分析化学博士学位,2017年起在美国哈佛大学医学院进行博士后研究并兼任美国贝斯以色列女执事医学中心(Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center)质谱分析中心助理研究员,同期担任F1000细胞生物学方向评审助理,2019年7月全职回国任复旦大学代谢与整合生物学研究所青年研究员。致力于高通量的液相色谱-质谱联用技术的脂质组学的方法学研究和相关临床应用,应用范围包括但不限于癌症、肥胖、糖尿病、炎症、心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病等。主要工作包括:提出基于系统内相关性策略的脂质组数据挖掘方法(Small Methods 2021),基于体外/体内的稳定同位素标记方法建立的新型靶向和非靶向代谢/脂质流组学(Nature Protocols 2019, Methods and Protocols 2020)。并将脂质组学方法应用于多种临床疾病的靶点发现和诊断中(Neuro-Oncology Advances 2022, Metabolites 2022, Life Science Alliance 2021)。

主要研究基于高分辨质谱技术的代谢组学和脂质组学方法学研究。包括靶向/非靶向的代谢组学和脂质组学技术,以及组学数据相关的生物统计学、生物信息学分析。
